What time do I need to have my cans ready?
Please ensure your trash cans are accessible (gates unlocked, cars moved) by 7:00 PM on the evening before your scheduled trash day.
What if I have a locked gate?
We need access to your cans to provide service. If you have a gate code, you can provide it securely during sign-up. Otherwise, the gate must be left unlocked on service nights.
Do you work on holidays?
Yes! We follow your local waste management schedule. If the trash truck is delayed by a day due to a holiday, we adjust our schedule to ensure your cans are still taken out the night before pickup.
How do I pay?
We send a secure digital invoice to your email each month. You can pay online via credit card or bank transfer.
